Coaches, please ensure the following before and after your games:

🚿 Unlocking Bathrooms Before Games

If multiple coaches or teams are playing, communicate with each other to confirm who will handle this.

To access the stand:

• Enter code 0502, press the TEEHO button.
• Repeat the same for the next lock: 0502, then TEEHO.
• Inside, the key is hanging on the post just past the ice machine to your left.
• F2 Key: Unlocks both men's and women's bathrooms.
• F1 Key: Opens the mechanical room.
• In the mechanical room, flip the light switch located around the back corner of the door.

🔒 Locking Up After Games (IMPORTANT)

⚠️ PLEASE MAKE SURE WE LOCK UP ONCE THE GAME IS OVER.

• Check bathrooms to ensure they are empty and there are no issues.
• Lock bathrooms with the F2 key.
• Use the F1 key to access the mechanical room, turn off the lights, lock the mechanical room, and hang the keys back on the post.
• To lock the stand: Long press any button for 3 seconds and the lock will lock. Do it for both deadbolt lock and door lock.

Failure to follow these steps creates issues with the Park District, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

🔑 Retrieve the Key

Get the key from the concession stand.

🚪 Access the Mechanical Room

• Go to the mechanical room near the bathrooms.
• Unlock the door using the F1 key.

💡 Turn On the Lights

• Inside, on your right, you'll see a large gray panel.
• Determine which diamond you're using (Diamond 1 or Diamond 2).
• Remove the correct key (marked Diamond 1 or Diamond 2) from the key ring.
• Insert the key into the corresponding slot (usually slot #2).
• Turn the key to the right until you hear a click. The lights will turn on.
• Leave the key in the turned position.

🔐 Lock Up After Turning On

• Lock the mechanical room door.
• Hang the keys back on the post inside the concession stand.

🌙 After the Game – Turning Off Lights

• Return to the mechanical room.
• Turn the key back to the off position and remove it.
• Put the key back on the key ring.
• Lock the mechanical room door.
• Hang the keys back on the post in the concession stand.

🔒 Final Lock-Up

If you are the last person, make sure the concession stand is locked:

Long press any button on both keypads until both locks engage.
